We are a small, local company that has been established here in Saltash since 1998. Owners Kevin and Wendy have been in the buisness for almost 40 years, we are renowned for our high-quality kitchens, Bathrooms, Bedrooms and bespoke furniture. we provide outstanding customer service and attractive prices. Our philosophy is simple: we will do everything to satisfy our customers. This requires expertise, experience, passion, friendliness, reliability, excellent products, first-class service. We strive every day to live up to our philosophy.

We co-ordinate all of our installations from start to finish, from designing your room to after care.

Every installation includes responsible removal of existing furniture and materials and we leave every single home as clean as we found it, ready to use!

Our Team is made up of just 6 here in the workshop - 

Kevin - Owner of the company and extremely experienced having worked in the industry since leaving school! Kevin will be the team member that you will often meet in the showroom, he will do home visits to offer your free consultation and no-obligation quote along with providing your bespoke design. He oversees every single element of the installation and will be there to support you from consultation through to aftercare. 

Wendy - The wife of Kevin, Wendy has worked alongside Kevin since starting Total Design back in 1998. Wendy runs the office, she will type all of your quotations, answer the phones, order all of the supplies here at the workshop and provides all of our admin support. 

Mark & Josh - A father and son team who manufacture all of our designs! They will be busy out in the workshop preparing all of the units, panels to be installed in your home, made to measure by are expect father and son team.

We have a full time fitter, Peter, who has worked with us from the very start! Pete is an extremely skilled carpenter and completes every single installation to the highest specification! We also use another carpenter Dave to support us with fitting on a regular basis, you may just meet these guys during your installation.

Stuart - He is Kevin and Wendy's son in law who has recently joined the team, to help in the office, showroom and on site. His experience is with bathrooms, so anything bathrooms he can help with.

Our plumber is Kevin & Wendy's son Luke, he has his own plumbing company - Total plumbing. On top of running his own business serving the local area, Luke completes all of our plumbing work for us. 

We have built a team of very experienced, local workmen that are able to provide a full installation for every one of our customers knowing that they will all provide a quality service which we strive to deliver. This means we are able to offer building work, plastering, plumbing, electrical installation, tiling, decoration and flooring solutions. 

We have and will cover a 50 miles radius of Saltash, we are happy and willing to go beyond if required. We have even been known to deliver many more miles away to our loyal customers who have moved elsewhere in the country.
